  3. Halloween

• As above, decide to cancel as so many being away. 4. BonfireNight

• We spoke to Bethan at TYC (Tyn Y Coed), who will be running a Bonfire and Fireworks night on Saturday 4th November.

The event will take place on the field opposite TYC to limit the number of people crossing the road. There will be a small bar and food stand in the field. There is also a band arranged for the evening. No timetable for the evening planned yet. Bethan has requested the use of the ‘produce tent’ from the Canolfan.

Plan for the Events Team is to hold and sell raffle tickets annd collect donations due to the costing. Bethan also asked whether a contribution can be made towards the cost of running the evening. Bethan can provide some prizes for the raffle.

TYC will advertise.

5. Quiz

• Thursday 19th October 7.30pm (Quiz to start at 8pm) Bethan and the TYC team will be putting on some food specials. Quiz will take place in the bar area due to a booking.

Quiz fee £2 per person, team to be a maximum of 6

5 Quiz rounds; to include – Picture round, Local round (Capel Curig). General Knowledge, Sport/Music and Dingbats.

Papers to be marked/Answers read out.
Bethan will get back to JD regarding timings.
